5. FREE FILE VIEWER. While these frequency files are compatible with EXCEL, if you check the box below for the Free Database Viewer you will also be able to download "our" viewer software to access the State Files. Extra functions include the ability to search and save the results to a number of other file structures including "Scancat".. If you purchase more than one state, you only need to download the viewer "one time".
