At Cajun Cuisine, we believe in the "fast food concept". All of our packages are chosen based on authentic taste, ease of use, and a minimum of "other" ingredients.
Most of our products require only a meat such as shrimp, chicken, fish or hamburger.
Everything else is "in the bag".
Sure, if you know your stuff, you can get all kinds of cajun spices and spend hours over the stove creating
a "South Lusiana" meal. If that's what you want to do, we can supply all the spices you'll ever want. But if you're like MOST of us, you have little spare time, and still want to enjoy the authentic taste of New Orleans and the Bayou country.
All of our choices represent the easiest way to get authentic "South Louisiana Taste" each time, everytime. Each package serves 4-6 people. Just right for a quick meal. Many of our packages are an entire meal in themselves.
We live in the heart of the cajun food country where dozens of restaurants and grocery stores carry all kinds of Cajun seafood and prepared foods. If you've ever visited our fine state, you're bound to have brought home some samples of our famous mixes and spices. You also know how difficult it was to replenish that same wonderful stuff, or duplicate the authentic taste with "other products" , once it was gone. We buy from Wholesaler's. So... YOU can buy from us at virtually the same price as if you went into OUR local grocery stores.
