Hi download the ZIP file in this folder "GRE-20-047-DriverCD-9-1-08.zip" then we highly suggest you unzip it to a FOLDER on your hard drive It contains the mirror image of the latest CD we have which is Dated Sept 2008 Then you can put it on a flash drive, or we would really suggest you burn a backup CD and We notice in the WINXP folder (and) the Vista Folder there is "FTDIUNIN.exe" file, which would appear to be an UNinstall. If you are having problems with the driver not assigning a commport, you may want to try this and see if it gets rid of the "bad driver installation" that Windows probably attempted to install, instead of the correct one which is in the appropriate Windows Version folder. This is a more detailed explanation of things you can do when the initial driver installation did not 'work'. Jim Springer Computer Aided Technologies
