Hi,

You are probably using Vista or Win7.
If so, the "fix" is real simple.

Go to the desktop.

RIGHT CLICK on the Scancat-Lite Shortcut Icon

Choose "Properties"

Choose "Run as administrator"

That will solve your problems

I just ordered the download version of the scancat-lite and every time I go to program radio it gives an error message and shuts down the program. Suggestions?
