Windows 7 and 8 do not allot the full amount of memory required by some programs
So -  the "fix" is real simple.

           - Go to the desktop.
           - RIGHT CLICK on the Scancat-Lite Shortcut Icon
           -Choose "Properties"
           -Choose "Run As Administrator"

I just ordered the download version of the scancat-lite and every time I go to program radio it gives an error message and shuts down the program.  Suggestions?
