HI

This can occur on conventional systems if there are several in sequential banks..... IE: Bank/System 1-2-3 etc.  The  best way to prevent this is to place conventional systems into alternating banks. It is a quirk with the way the system pointers are assigned in the radio. And when we read a conventional system there doesn't seem to be any way to tell where one conventional system begins and another conventional system ends

So .... we find this works ----
Put a conventional system in System 1
Put a trunking system into System 2
Put a conventional system in System 3
Put a trunking system into System 4
Put a conventional system in System 5
Put a trunking system into System 6
   Etc

Then they will line up like they are displayed in the radio.

I wish there was a better answer. Even though we are "connected" with Radio Shack, We get practically No technical help from the manufacturer(GRE)  - (basically nill), and they have never been able to give us a better solution.

Best Regards

Jim
