The radios come "out of the box" with PC CONTROL turned off.

Turn Radio off and then back on

Press MENU
Turn Big Knob COUNTERClockwise to SETTINGS
<Press Enter>
Turn Big Knob COUNTERClockwise to SET SERIAL PORT
<Press Enter>
Screen displays "Set Baud Rate"
<Press Enter>
Screen displays
        SET FRONT PORT
        SET REAR PORT
Pick FRONT PORT and <Press Enter>
        Pick 115200
<Press MENU>
Pick FRONT PORT and <Press Enter>
        Pick 115200
Press MENU repeatedly to get back to scanning screen.

        SET REAR PORT
