                        Sweet Potatoe Custard

     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  teaspoon      Nutmeg
   1      teaspoon      Grated Orange Rind
   1 3/4  cups          Milk
   2      large         Eggs -- beaten
   2 1/2  cups          Raw Sweet Potato -- shredded
   1      tablespoon    Butter -- melted

Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, orange rind, and milk to the eggs. Mix 
thoroughly. Add sweet potato and butter. Bake in buttered custard cups in
