Pecan Gralle' (Sugared Pecans) 4 cups pecan halves 4 cups sugar 1 cup water pinch of salt Add water, sugar and salt to heavy pot. Cook over high heat. Bring to a boil; add pecans, occasionally stirring. When bottom of pot can be seen when stirred, turn off heat. Continue to stir til pecans separate. Place on wax paper to cool.
