                        Iberia Baked Stuffed Oysters

   1      pint          Oyster
     1/2  stick         Butter
   1      cup           Italian Bread Crumbs
   1      cup           Crab Meat
   1      tablespoon    Parsley
   1      tablespoon    Instant Minced Onions
     1/2  teaspoon      Lemon Pepper Seasoning
     1/2  teaspoon      Garlic Powder
   1      teaspoon      Worcestershire Sauce
                        Salt And Tabasco To Taste

Drain oyster, reserving liquid. Finely chop oysters. Melt butter in pan, 
add oysters, saute 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, except 
paprika, and mix well. Moisten with oyster liquid if too dry. Fill oyster
 shell with mixture. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 375 degrees 20 to
 25 minutes
