Cans Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes 8 ounces Shrimp -- shelled & deveined 2 tablespoons Butter -- ] 1 cup Raw Rice 2 Large Clove Garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon Parsley -- chopped 1 large Onion -- chopped In a heavy 4 quart pot saute onions in butter until wilted. Set aside. In same pot brown sausage over low heat. Drain tomatoes reserving liquid. Add water to reserved liquid to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add sausage with tomatoes, shrimp and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stir; reduce heat to low.
