Crab Meat Au Gratin 2 tbs. butter 1 cup Half and Half 1/2 lb. crab meat 1/4 cup grated cheese 1/8 cup buttered bread crumbs 2 tbs. flour salt and pepper to taste Over low heat, blend butter and flour in sauce pan. Slowley add one cup Half and Half; cook over medium heat; stir til smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper ; add crab meat. Using shallow baling dish, add crab mixture. Mix crumbs with grated cheese; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees til golden brown.
