Cajun Coffee 3 cups strong black coffee 6 tbs. molasses 1 cup whipping cream grated nutmeg dark rum Mix coffee and molasses, stirring to dissolve. Heat to very hot, but not boiling. Divide mixture among 6 cups or heat-proof glasses. Whip cream and top each with a swirl. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Sip coffee mixture through the cream. Do not stir coffee and cream before drinking. Add rum to taste. Serves 6.
