   1 1/2  pounds        Crawfish Meat
   1      tablespoon    Butter
   2      tablespoons   Onion -- minced
                        Red Pepper
     1/2  pint          Cream Sauce
   1      Glass         Red Wine
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt

Cook onion in butter, add the wine, meat and the cream sauce with
seasonings. boil up once. Serve hot on toast or in patty shells.
