Bar-B-Cued Chicken 3 chickens, cut in half salt and cayenne pepper to taste garlic powder 1 cup margarine, melted Season chicken generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put on out side grill; baste with melted margarine; cover. Keep turning and basting til almost cooked. Start basting with Louisiana Barbecue Sauce or your favorite. Cook, basting with sauce additional 30 to 45 minutes. Remove; serve with potato salad, rice dressing and tossed green salad.
