APPETIZERS Bien Chaud (Cheese Roll) 1 glass blue roka cheese 1 lb.Cheddar cheese, graded sharp Roquefort cheese, size of an egg 6 toes garlic, minced 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1 cup pecans, chopped fine 3 glasses Old English sharp cheese 1 lb. mild cracker barrel cheese, grated 1 small jar Helman tarter sauce 7 jalapino peppers, chopped fine several dashes Tabasco sauce salt to taste Blend all ingredients together. Roll into any shape desired. Mix all together the following ingredients: 5 tbs. paprika 2 tbs. chopped parsley 1/2 cup ground pecans When well mixed sprinkle over waxed paper and then roll cheese roll back and forth til well coated. Place in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. Makes 1 large or 2 small rolls.
